Getting in
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 3:00 PM — every apartment uses keyless self check-in, so there's no key to pick up and no one to wait for.
Your door code is sent 48 hours before your arrival date. For full lock instructions (unlocking, locking, and troubleshooting), see the Locks guide.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Please start the dishwasher if you used it, start the washer/dryer if you have a load going, and lock up on your way out.
