We're James and Nichole, parents of a blended family of six kids and one very spoiled dog. We've explored every corner of this coastline — the beaches, the seaport, the pizza — and we started hosting in spring 2024 because we wanted to share it.

Yes. All three apartments — August, Willow, and Daylight — welcome pets. A pet fee may apply.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, with keyless self check-in at every apartment.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside any of the apartments.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, free parking is available on the premises for each apartment.
Do the apartments have laundry?
August has an in-unit washer and dryer. Willow and Daylight share on-site laundry available in the building.
How far is Holiday House from the beach?
Misquamicut and Watch Hill beaches are about a 20-minute drive, and Mystic is about 15 minutes away.
Which apartment fits my group size?
August is a 1-bedroom that sleeps up to 4, Willow is a 2-bedroom that sleeps up to 6, and Daylight is a 3-bedroom that sleeps up to 8.
